Starting a new life in B.C.

After several going away and bday parties, two weeks notice, and getting really sick, I miraculously managed to just pack up, pick up and leave for yet another installment of... Dan's adventures around the world haha (Technically not around the world but you get my point =). I'd have to say this time it was quite hard to leave home as I really started to develop stronger bonds with my friends and family and was starting to get settled. But there was something stirring in me, I new for the longest time that I wanted to settle elsewhere and this was my chance, it couldn't be easier. Got a great job, had family out West to help me transition and old friends to hang out with. I knew I had to do it now or face possible regret for never leaving. So I took the plunge! I'm here and so far its been very exciting.

Its funny how this blog gets updated more often when I'm actually away from home =). I guess its just easier to keep in touch this way. I'm renting a condo right now close to work which is great! Here are some pictures of the views I see every day when I wake up... =).
